The Pastor of a District Affiliated Church is responsible to:
If your church does not receive financial support in any form (loans, mortgages, etc.) from the District Council office, the Church Multiplication Network, or from any source that causes some form of financial liability for the District Council, you are qualified to use the quarterly report. The quarterly report form is designed for use at the end of each of the four quarters of the year: January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December. A copy of the report along with a detailed financial statement is to be sent to the District Council Office and also to your sectional presbyter.
District Affiliated Churches where financial liabilities are incurred by the District Council in some form are required to use the monthly report. More information is required in the monthly report than in the quarterly report.
